Design is one thing, Creating is another. GEM has been neither, she has been modernised with a retro twist. Ferdinand Porsche did the design, I have merely created what I believe is the best of the good and the bad of a 911. The “classic looks but with modern day driving” is often a statement thrown around the car industry but rarely achieved. With the 964 you have a galvanised tub, a thumping 3.6 litre flat 6, and in Gem’s case 4 wheel drive. The added bonus of the Targa is for me the icing on the cake, a perfect all-rounder. And as you can see from the pictures she is a thing of beauty. Attention to detail crops up again here, the wheels have had the centres painted in a matalic Porsche Seal Grey, so true to form I had the decals colour matched. Not that is obvious but then again it is always the little things that please.
